At ZVLV Gifts, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and dispatched promptly. Typically, all orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Operations: We operate Monday - Friday during standard business hours. Please note that we are closed on national holidays, during which time dispatches will be temporarily paused. We make every effort to minimize shipment delays in such instances.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times:

  • Priority Shipping: Orders sent via priority shipping typically arrive within 3-5 business days after being picked up by the post office.
  • First Class Shipping: Orders sent via first class shipping typically arrive within 5-7 business days after being picked up by the post office.

Insurance

For your peace of mind, all priority parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value specified by the courier.

Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit

In the unfortunate event that your parcel is damaged during transit:

  1. File a claim with USPS/UPS as soon as possible.
  2. Once the courier completes their investigation and confirms the claim, we will promptly resend a replacement for the damaged item.

Process for Parcel Lost In-Transit

If your parcel is lost during transit:

  1. Notify us and file a claim with the courier.
  2. After the courier has completed their investigation and deemed the parcel lost, we will process and send a replacement.
