30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to request a return for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags.
  • Includes all relevant documentation (e.g., a moissanite certificate).
  • Returned in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Clearance items or gift cards.

Return & Exchange Process

STEP 1: Contact Customer Service

STEP 2: Approval and Instructions
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions.

STEP 3: Prepare and Ship the Package
Pack your item securely, following the instructions provided, and return it to the specified address. If the return is not due to an issue on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect item sent), the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

STEP 4: Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process a refund or arrange a replacement.

Important Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • After your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.

  • It is important to carefully review all customization details—such as names, dates, colors, sizes, or other specific options—before placing your order. Products are created exactly as submitted, and changes cannot be made after production begins.
  • Personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.
