Refund & Exchange Policy


At ZVLV Gifts, we take great pride in creating high-quality, personalized gifts made uniquely for you. Because our products are customized to your specifications, we kindly ask that you review the following policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and order changes.

1. Personalized & Custom Orders


All personalized items are final sale. Due to the customized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.


Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details (names, dates, messages, colors, photos, etc.) before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, or low-quality images submitted by the customer.

2. Non-Personalized Items


Non-customized products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Clearance Items & Gift Cards


Clearance or Final Sale Items: Products purchased on clearance, final sale, or marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.


Gift Cards: Both physical and digital gift cards are final sale. They cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash (except where required by law).


Promotional Discounts: Items purchased with a discount code, promotion, or sale may only be returned/exchanged at the discounted purchase price, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations


Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun, and we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.


We will promptly arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

6. Refunds


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and confirmation.


Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges


Personalized items may only be exchanged if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.


Non-personalized items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Shipping Issues


We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


If a package is marked as “delivered” but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly.
